This morning 28/11/2023, the Investor - Ms. Bui Vu Thao Hien solemnly organized the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Nguyen Thanh Y Office Combined Housing Project in Dakao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Accompanying the Investor in this project, Sagen acts as a Design Consultancy and Estimating Contractor.
Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were representatives of authorities, investors, representatives of Sagen design consultancy: Mr. Tran Huu Uy – Deputy General Director, and other partners and guests. The ceremony took place in a solemn, exhilarating and joyful atmosphere, marking a blessed beginning.
Nguyen Thanh Y Office Combined Housing Project has a total construction area of 5,615m2, with a scale of 02 basements, 07 floors and 01 mezzanine, located in a prime location of Ho Chi Minh City. It is expected to complete construction and put into use in 2024.
