On July 10, 2025, SAGEN Construction Design Consultancy Joint Stock Company officially signed a Construction Supervision Consultancy Contract with Ngan Tin Investment Group Joint Stock Company.

Accordingly, SAGEN will undertake the role of Supervision Consultant for the construction of technical infrastructure (Embankment Works) under the Residential Area 05 Project – Lot No. 03, land fund along the main axis of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Gia Lai Province.

This is one of the key projects currently being implemented by Ngan Tin Group, requiring rigorous supervision and strict quality management from the infrastructure stage.

Being selected by Ngan Tin Group once again affirms SAGEN’s credibility, professional competence, and experienced team of supervision engineers in accompanying investors to deliver optimal construction quality, assured progress, and absolute safety.
